Vancouver Island Investment Opportunities
I have access to properties, businesses, investment and land development opportunities throughout North America and to investors and developers throughout the world. Generally, I find myself acting as the "Buyer's Agent" and receive protection from the Seller by way of specific agreements tailored to the individual circumstances. In addition, I have associates in all areas of Vancouver Island with whom, when the circumstances require, I can refer specific clients and needs with absolute confidence. It is my desire to keep my clients abreast of developments and activity on the Island while, at the same time, through the use of links on this site, to make readily available a large number of regional resources and facilities.

My wife Jill and I have decided to consolidate our two residences into the one in Oak Bay, Victoria.
As I wished to remain a member the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, Duncan was the southernmost choice on the Island and the Managing Broker is both a good friend and a highly respected member of our profession being currently the President of V.I.R.E.B.
I will be working from Victoria to Campbell River with a small group of highly experienced associates, both commercial and residential in each municipality to ensure that I can provide absolutely current, knowledgeable and competent representation in all areas.
Shortly, in this newsletter, I will be bringing you regular, current Real Estate information from all areas covered.
Growth on the Island in the next few years is expected to exceed anything we have seen in the past, making investment and development in all areas extremely attractive.
