Vancouver Island Investment Opportunities
I have access to properties, businesses, investment and land development opportunities throughout North America and to investors and developers throughout the world. Generally, I find myself acting as the "Buyer's Agent" and receive protection from the Seller by way of specific agreements tailored to the individual circumstances. In addition, I have associates in all areas of Vancouver Island with whom, when the circumstances require, I can refer specific clients and needs with absolute confidence. It is my desire to keep my clients abreast of developments and activity in the on the Island while, at the same time, through the use of links on this site, to make readily available a large number of regional resources and facilities.

The good news is that there is still considerable activity in the commercial marketplace with projects being planned, business expansion still happening and investments being purchased.
Interest in Canadian real estate from abroad is strong and bodes well for the future.
The demand for small service industries on the Island continues to increase as the retirement community steadily grows. |
